4T Ranch beef is Certified Oklahoma Beef. To earn the distinction, ranchers must prove their animals are bred, born, raised and processed within Oklahoma state borders. And at 4T all of our beef is born and raised right here on the ranch.
Isn’t it great to know where your beef comes from, how it was raised, and we have records showing every detail of each of our animals from birth to present. We do not use hormones and all of our beef is antibiotic free.
Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a national program that raises consumer confidence through offering proper management techniques and a commitment to quality within every segment of the beef industry. 4T Ranch is proud to say we are BQA certified.
Quality means producing and providing a beef product that is wholesome and safe, but it also means providing a product that is going to deliver a desirable eating experience. Quality beef consistently satisfies customer expectations for eating, and preparation characteristics such as: tenderness, flavor, juiciness, color, packaging, price, and ease of preparation.
When it comes to productivity, in the U.S., we produce the same amount of beef today with 33% fewer cattle compared to 1977, and 18% of the world’s beef with only 6% of the world’s cattle. This is a result of better animal health and welfare, better animal nutrition and better animal genetics, all of which are supported by the Beef Quality Assurance Program.
The beef community has a long-standing commitment to caring for their animals and providing families with the safest, highest-quality beef possible. Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a program that trains farmers and ranchers on best practice cattle management techniques to ensure their animals and the environment are cared for within a standard set of guidelines and regulations across the U.S. beef industry.
