COWBOY SOUP

- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. onions
- 6 cubes beef boullion
- 5 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen corn (can use canned corn, drained)
- 1 tsp. basil
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
Brown hamburger, drain. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until liquid is reduced.
