COWBOY SOUP

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. onions
  • 6 cubes beef boullion
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen corn (can use canned corn, drained)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup

Brown hamburger, drain. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until liquid is reduced.
